| Privacy Philosophy |
| East Side Church of God believes
strongly in protecting the privacy of its members and the people who surf its web site. As you surf our site, you will see pictures of East Side people in various activities. You may also see the names of East Side people mentioned in text. However, we are careful to never identify names with photos except in the case of pastors and living link missionaries. We will not publish member's telephone numbers. We will not identify youth or children by the school they attend. We will never willfully disclose individually identifiable information about its members to any third party without first receiving that member's permission.

| The East Side Church web site
collects no information without permission. Neither do we use "cookies" to write
any identifying information to your computer's hard drive. East Side friends and family may voluntarily submit their name and e-mail address to the E-mail Directory. Anyone listed on the E-mail Directory may request that his or her name be removed or changed at any time. We periodically collect statistics on the viewership of the web site. This software will not report to us any information that could identify an individual user. It will provide us with information on how often each page is viewed and totals by browser, Internet service provider, time of day of access, etc.

| Use of the Information |
| We will occasionally send e-mail
communications to members of the East Side E-mail Directory. However, these communications
will be few in number, such as holidays or in case of important, time-sensitive
