Shelby WebView

Shelby WebView is a program that allows the congregation to update personal information online. The congregation can view and/or update information about themselves and their families by using this program. Shelby WebView is safe and secure. Individuals have their own unique login name and password that guarantees protection against unauthorized access. Individuals not currently in our database may register on line and will be given a login name and password after they have been added to the database by office personnel. Members can change personal data to reflect address changes, phone changes,new or changed e-mail address, etc. As a bonus, they can access an online church directory.

Logging In Instructions

  • Click the Shelby WebView link. The page will open in another window, allowing you to still refer to these instructions.
  • You are now on the Shelby WEBVIEW home page.
  • Fill in the Account Login information:
    Number: Your login number comes with the email, this should be a 4-5 digit number
    Password: This too should come with the email. The password is given to the head of the household. The head of house may change his/her password later along with other family members, if desired, on the Personal Profile tab.
  • Click the sign-in link.

Updating Your Personal Information

  • Click the Personal Profile tab.
  • Review all information listed on the screen.
  • Click the pencil icon to edit selected information.
  • Please complete the additional comments box by filling in any additional family members that attend East Side and their relationship to you.
  • The head of household can select various options at the bottom of the screen to set what information others may view.
  • When finished, click update.

Using the Directory Tab

You can view selected records in the church’s database from the Directory tab.
