Worship

Worship at East SideThe East Side congregation comes together every Sunday morning at 9:00 and 10:30 to worship God as a family and to strengthen our focus in unity through the teaching of our Senior Pastor, Kerry Robinson. Pastor Robinson teaches practical applications of the the Bible for our everyday lives through dynamic and intimate, illustrative sermons.

We celebrate the vast spectrum of families and individuals in our community and the wonderful variation of people who attend our Sunday services. In response, we offer a blended approach to worship. The timeless truths of our Christian heritage are incorporated in a contemporary style, relevant to the needs of people in today's society. Everyone is invited to attend the Sunday morning service to worship with us as often as they wish. Guests and visitors are always welcome.

East Side Worship ChoirWe express our adoration of and devotion to God through gifts of the arts, including music, drama and liturgical dance, as we offer praise and glorify God with our talents. There are many opportunities for individuals to participate in the leading of worship such as singing in the East Side Worship Choir, reading the morning scripture, participating in special dramatic presentations, giving an instrumental or solo vocal offering or working behind the scenes in technical ministries.

Our first and foremost hope is to life up Jesus our Savior and bring glory to our Heavenly Father, simply because that is why we were created and this is what He asks of us as His children. In doing so, we also remember Christ's promise that if His church will lift Him up, He will draw all people to Him. In this way, we strive through worship to be a light on a hill so our community will see Christ in us and find Christ through us.
